1. Who I am

These terms apply to all appointments between you and Rens (work name).

2. What you book

You pay for my time and attention, not for a result. Sex is never compulsory for anyone, and I can't guarantee penetration, because that also depends on arousal and mood. Intimacy is there without it too, and we discuss what we do beforehand. You can always change your mind during the appointment.

3. Age

I only meet women aged 21 and over. I may ask to see an ID. You can cover your name when you show it.

4. Stopping

Either of us may stop at any moment, without explanation. If you notice in the first 20 minutes that it doesn't click, we stop at no cost. If you stop after that, you pay for the time up to that point, with a minimum of 2 hours. If I stop because my boundaries are not respected, the same rule applies.

5. Payment

You usually pay in cash, at the start of the appointment. Prices are on the Rates page. If you stop in the first 20 minutes, you get the amount back. If you'd like me to stay longer during the appointment, you pay that extra time at that moment.

6. Cancelling and rescheduling

Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance whether an appointment goes ahead, and cancel or reschedule that far ahead too. If you cancel later, that's a pity, but it costs nothing. If I have to cancel myself, for example because of illness or another important reason, I'll let you know as soon as I can. If someone repeatedly cancels too late, I may decide not to meet again.

7. Appointments that don't go ahead

If you're drunk or under the influence when I arrive, I postpone the appointment and we pick a new date. If I only notice during the appointment, or the situation doesn't feel safe, or you push for sex without a condom, I may end the appointment and you pay for the time up to that point, with a minimum of 2 hours, as in article 4. I may also refuse an appointment if someone is under 21.

8. Liability

I am not a care provider and I don't give medical advice. My liability is limited as far as the law allows, and this does not affect your statutory rights. The information on this website is general and may change.

9. Privacy and complaints

See the privacy statement. If you have a complaint, send it to contact@mailrens.nl. I reply within 14 days.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms.
